A note is where most software stops
Most AI note software captures what was said in one hour and hands it back to you. Nothing carries forward. Your formulation, your diagnostic reasoning, how the client responded to a medication change, what the K10 has done since March, all of it stays in your head or buried in files you have to reread.
Ecko keeps the file. It briefs you before the session, documents during it, drafts the letters, plans and reports after it, sends your client the work you chose for the week, scores what comes back, and then lets you ask questions of the whole history. The progress note is one output of that, not the point of it.
