This Agreement is between you ("Licensee") and UpLift AI Group Pty Ltd (ABN 11 682 541 493), trading as Ecko Health ("Licensor").
By selecting "Accept," paying for, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms and are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited licence to use the Product.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install, use, or copy the Product.
This Agreement becomes effective when you click "Accept" or otherwise access or use the Product. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
This Agreement does not permit installation on multiple systems, shared networks, or configurations allowing multi-user access unless a licence is held for each machine.
Clinicians are responsible for the accuracy and lawful entry of client data. Ecko Health acts solely as a secure custodian on behalf of clinicians. Patients acknowledge that their treating clinician remains the primary custodian of their health information.
Transfer: You may not assign, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your rights under this Agreement.
Use: You may not:
The Product may interface with third-party tools (e.g., telehealth, payments, scheduling). These are governed by their own terms, and Ecko Health is not responsible for their practices.
Ecko Health and its affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in the Product, including intellectual property and copyright.
To the extent permitted by law, all guarantees, conditions, and warranties are excluded except those required under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable laws. Where such terms apply, Ecko Health's liability is limited to resupply, repair, or replacement of the Product.
Subject to any implied term, Ecko Health and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business, arising from use of the Product.
This disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Ecko Health and its representatives from any loss or liability arising from your use or modification of the Product, including infringement of third-party rights.
Ecko Health may amend these Terms at any time without notice. You are bound by the Terms in force at the time of purchase or download.
Ecko Health may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach its Terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product.
This Agreement is between you and Ecko Health, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for providing maintenance or support for the Product.
By clicking "I Agree," "Accept," or using the Ecko Health Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this EULA and the Privacy Policy. Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.

Description: A clinician-designed digital mental health platform supporting therapists and patients with tools for documentation, treatment planning, engagement, and AI-assisted insights. For clients under 18, use must occur under clinician supervision with parental or guardian consent.
